Founder | Explorer | Soul of the Journey
Joe Nyutu, or as the bush knows him, Joe 005, is the founder and driving spirit behind this safari company. A pioneer in his family and a man moved by passion, Joe’s journey into the wild wasn’t accidental. It was lived, felt, and called into being.
He graduated in 2013 with a BSc in Tourism Management from USIU, stepping out of university with a clear mission: to connect people to nature and to each other. His love for wildlife runs deep, but it’s matched by an equal love for people and story.
Joe’s roots stretch across Kenya, thanks to his father’s work in the civil service. This nomadic childhood meant every corner of the country was home. His first real taste of the wild came in Naivasha, followed by Tsavo West, and something clicked. The call of the land, the rhythm of the safari, the silence that speaks.
Today, Joe curates safaris that are far more than just itineraries. They’re experiences for the soul — intimate, unfiltered, unforgettable. Whether it’s your first time in Africa or your tenth, Joe’s signature is the same: authenticity, heart, and a touch of magic.
His philosophy? Safari isn’t just travel. It’s an awakening.
